Placa K7 DFI NF2 ULTRA-AL

Estaba pensando en pillar dicha placa, pero antes espero vuestros comentarios y vuestras recomendaciones. Alguna alternativa que considereis mejor.
Quiero para montar en ella un Xp 2800+. Por otro la tengo un lio tremendo en cuanto al "dual chanel" de la memoria. Pensando en poner 512Mb que tipo de memoria deberia de pillar… ¿DDR333 o DDR400? ¿1 modulo 512 ó 2 de 256?
