Aopen AK77-333 y DDR 33 Kingston

Vamos a ver: He comprado otro ordenador(el de la firma) con la placa Aopne AK77-333 y acaban de traerme mi memoria kingston ddr 333 256mb (en el chip pone windbond) y al de una hora de estar jugando se bloquea. En la bios solo me aparecen estas opciones:
*Dram Clock: x4 / x5 osease 266 / 333
*Cas Latency: 2,5 / 2 / Auto osease lo k pone en la mem 2,5
*Burst Lenght: 4 / 8 no se que poner aqui…
*Dram Queue Depth: 2 / 4 / 3 aqui que pongo?
*Command Rate: 2T / 1T y aqui??Si me pongo a neavegar no pasa nada, incluso un 3dmark, pero al jugar... Ventanazo Win2kpro y reinicio..
Alguien que me pueda ayudar???
