Me gustaria saber q programa usais de este tipo ya q siempre esta bien tener la memoria ram limpita de porquerias q deja windows y demas, esque quiero meter uno pero no se cual.

Prueba con el Maxmem de AnalogX. Es muy sencillo de usar (no hay que configurar más que la cantidad de memoria a liberar), no pesa y es gratuito.
