Problemas con eth0

Buenas, pues resulta que tengo un pekeño problema con mi tarjeta de red && Debian
La cuestion es que aparentemente esta bien instalada, no como modulo sino dentro del kernel, parece que esta bien configurada pero no hace nada, no responde ni a los ping ni hace ping a otros nodos ….
de vez en cuando suelta un mensaje del tipo:
NETDEV WATHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
eth0: Setting 100mpbs full-duplex based on auto-negotiated partner ability 45e1Si alguien me pudiera decir algo taria mu feli

parece un problema fisico y localizado en el cable (probablemente) prueba a mirar el estado de los conectores en ambos extremos y intercambia el cable a ver si es que esta cascao

mmm al final era problemas de las irq (tanto el chip de sonido como aa ethernet usaban la misma irq)
