Svgalib y Gentoo

Tengo instalado Gentoo y no consigo compilar la libreria svgalib me da error y no se km solucionarlo, el problema es k la necesito xa poder instalar el programa k3b.
El error es el siguiente:

yo suelo hacer un sync antes por si es un bug que se ha arreglado y tb suelo mirar en bugzilla la seccion de gnome a ver si alguien le ha ocurrido y como lo soluciono
prueba a bajar el nivel de optimizacion de gcc -02 o -01 a ver que tal
suerte

Ya stá solucionado al final no era problema de configuración en el fichero make.conf, sólo había k incluir este comando antes del emerge:
USE=build emerge svgalib
y con eso compila sin problemas.
