existe alguna "targeta" de USB 2.0 para portatil? es para poner a un portatil que solo tiene USB 1.1 una entrada/salida de USB 2.0 ya que el cambio es importante.

Pues sí.
Las hay que te traen 2 puertos USB 2.0 y las que te traen 1 USB 2.0 y 1 Firewire.Vienen a costar entre 30 y 40 € si mal no recuerdo.
