Cambiar RWIN en gentoo.

Hola, me gustaria saber como puedo cambiar el valor de Rwin en gentoo linux ya que lo tengo a 5840 y eso es muy poco.
He estado buscando y he encontrado poca cosa, y lo que encontre no me cambio nada cuando en teoria debio cambiarlo.
A ver si me ayudais porque asi va pelin chunga la ADSL.
