Controladora de bus SM

Tengo un problema, en el administrador de dispositivos me indica que no tengo el controlador instalado de la controladora de bus SM, la placa es una Elitegroup k7s5a con chipset sis 735. sistema windows xp pro.
¿como lo puedo solucionar ?.
