Northwood or Presscot?

Hola, estoy por comprar un PIV 3.0, por todo lo que estuve leyendo me gustaría que sea un Northwood, como saber que no me estan vendiendo un Presscot? Que diferencias tienen?

Lo más fácil es mirar la caché que lleva, los prescott llevan un mega y los northwood 512 kb.
En el propio micro lo pone, en el presscott pondrá "Pentium 4 3000/800/1M" y en el northwood "Pentium 4 3,0/800/512K"
