Placa con TV out (Necesito buena calidad)

Hola, necesitaría tener información sobre alguna placa que tenga una buena salida de video compuesto, ya que yo utilizo mi PC para ver Videos en TV.

A qué te refieres, VGA o tarjeta capturadora de TV?
