Ayuda KIT Refrigeracion

Buenas.
Estoy viendo los 3 Kits que teneis a la venta en Hardlimit Tienda.
Queria a ver cual de los 3 me recomendariais y si a parte de comprar el Kit deberia comprar alguna cosa mas para completarlo.
Tengo:
Prescott 3,06
2GB DDR 400
Sata 160gb
Ide 250gb & 160Gb
Vga Nvidia 6800 de Aopen
P.B. Abit IC7-Max3Quiero bajar la temperatura al maximo de mi micro ya que si le bajo el ventilador del micro (lo debo hacer por las noches por el ruido) se me sube a 70ºC.
Me interesaria bajar al maximo la temperatura del micro y tener el menos ruido posible.Muchas gracias.
Espero vuestra ayuda.¿merece la pena ponerla refrigeracion liquida?.
