Controlar la temperatura del procesador

Hola:
Voy a instalar el programa MBM para controlar la temperatura de mi maquina, CPU, Placa Base, Ventiladores, pero me encuentro con que debo de indicarle los limites de temparatura.
Alguien me podria decir cuales son los limites de temparatura para:
Pentium 4 a 3'4 ht.
PLaca Base Asrock 775v88Por ultimo, ¿alguien sabe si se puede controlar la temperatura de la fuente de alimentacion?.
