Cuando dices de Iso a Mpg, te refieres a que es una imagen que contiene un video mpg, verdad?
Cualquier programa de conversión de archivos de imagenes te servirá como UltraIso o el Alcohol 120% p.ej.
Así despues lo podrás tratar en el disco duro para luego grabarlo en formato cd de video (VCD) con tu programa de grabación favorito.
