Cable VGA a Euroconector, me valdría?

Buenas, he visto un Cable VGA a Euroconector 2m (HD15-M/SCART-M) y me pone estas características:
Cable que dispone de conector VGA (HD15-Macho) en un extremo y Euroconector/SCART-Macho en el otro extremo. Diseñado para aquellos reproductores de DVD (o similares) que dispongan de salida SCART y quieran ser conectados directamente a monitores (LCD, plasma, proyectores, etc.) que dispongan de entrada VGA, consiguiendo así una mejor calidad final. Comentar que este cable no es un conversor de señal y que sólo funcionará conectando aparatos que funcionen con el mismo tipo de señal (por ejemplo PAL).
Me funcionaría para ver directamente el ordenador a la TV sin tener q hacerlo a través de la salida de TV.
