Ayuda disipador + ventilador

Buenas, vamos a ver, actualmente tengo para refrigerar mi cpu un thermaltake volcano 12, el cual tiene el gran problema ke para que refrigere bien tiene ke estar el ventilador al maximo, ke suena a mas no poder y entonces habia pensado, una vez visto una review sobre heatpipes, comprarme un disipador nuevo y un ventilador algo mas silencioso. y he estado mirando estos modelos a ver cual de ellos me recomendais:
Yo en principio me decanto por el Thermalright SI 97, es de aluminio pesa poco y las reviews que e visto lo ponen muy bien, tambien habia pensado en un ZALMAN pero no vale para mi placa base (Abit AN7).
En cuanto a ventiladores son de 90cm y tengo dudas en entre un "Papst" o un "SilenX".
Bueno esperando sus recomendaciones, gracias de antemano.
