Problema Placas OEM

Hola…
les pido su ayuda en lo siguiente: me vendieron una placa OEM de una Netvista 6276, el problema es que no sabia que era OEM, ahora tengo el perjuicio de no poderle instalar Otro SO(solo me vendieron la Placa) pues este no arranca, ya probe con varios y no jala... :rabieta:
Yo creo que debe tener algun tipo de bloqueo. Ustedes me pueden hechar la mano?..
agradezco cualquier ayuda.
P.D. Tambien tuve problema con una PC OEM Acer, jamas le puede instalar el SO.

Intenta actualizar la BIOS con la del fabricante real.
