GRACIAS!!Estas un poco confundio creo yo.
Apache es un servidor web, no un servidor FTP.
Si quieres subir archivos por FTP te tendrás que instalar un servidor de FTP. Son cosas distintas.

Gracias Vallekano, me e dado cuenta, lo q pasa q me digeron q pusiera para poder subir via FTP en una hojas de Apache2. Y por eso no sabia como se podia hacer, luego me di cuenta y con el Pure-ftpd.conf ya configure el server FTP y ya ta listo;)
