Hola a todos,hace seis meses que tengo esta camara, la hp photosmart 935,y de momento estoy contento con ella hace fotos con gran resolucion y gran calidad.Pues bien el otro dia de repente aparecio en la pantalla tft una ralla fina y recta que cruza la pantalla horizontalmente en color blanco y no desaparece.¿alguien sabe que puede ser?Gracias

Mirá… no soy muy entendido en el tema, pero por lo que contas es probable que haya fallado una línea de la pantalla (quemado) te recomendaría que la lleves al servicio técnico.Saludos.

La tienes en garantía, no lo dudes y haz lo que te dice IngMBlas. Eso tiene toda la pinta de no tener arreglo.
