Incompatibilidad de memoria???

Tengo una placa base gigabyte k8nsPro, 1 disco duro ide seagate 80gb,1sata Maxtor80gb,amd64 3200 512 kb l2 y memoria 512 twinnos pc3200.He comprado otro modulo de 512 pero esta vez kingston igualmente pc3200 y el bus se me baja a 333 Mhz.Ademas en el windows xp de 64 bits si hago la prueba de lectura y escritura del everest se me reinicia.
Que puede ser?
