Error al iniciar el Xp

buenas…mi problema es el siguiente, cada vez que inicio el Xp me sale el siguiente error...
esto me empezo a salir desde que borre unos archivos infectados de virus, y no he podido solucionarlo, agradeceria cualquier ayuda!

Yo me encontré con eso mismo el otro dia en el trabajo. Me lo detectó el ad-aware (el pc tenia problemas de paginas no deseadas cuando navegava por internet y tal).
Como di por hecho de que lo habia quitado no le di importancia y lo único que hice fue quitar acceso que hay a inicio hacia ese fichero…
Dale a inicio, ejectuar, msconfig y en la pestaña de "inicio" desmarca la casilla que carga ese "es.dll", a mi me salian 2 no se porque.
