Registro y actualizaciones windows2000

Resulta que tras instalar ciertas actualizaciones del win2k, no se me inicia ni el regcleaner ni el regsupreme.
Lo he probado en diversos equipos y por ahroa no encuentro la actulalización (de entre tantas) que puede dar el problema.Alguén con elgo parecido?
