Una de las opciones sería la de iniciar desde el disco de windows xp, entrar en la consola de recuperacion y ejecutar fixmbr para formatear la mbr y fixboot para añadir la particion del windows al nuevo gestor de arranque.
Con fdsik /mbr creo que tambien hace lo mismo.Un Saludo!
