Chipset por encima de los 50C…

pues tengo una K7N2 DELTA 2…. y esta trabaja al parecer a temperaturas bastante elevadas, pero ya me preocupa, ya que cuando juego o pongo el PC a toda marcha el chipset sube hasta los 55C...eso ni el Micro que llega ahora a los 54C FULL.
Sera peligroso estas temperaturas??
Pierdo rendimiento?? como sober si pierde??HELP! ! ! !

hombre.. si tanto te preocupan esas temperaturas, puedes cambiar el disipador del chipset por el zalman azul pasivo que se vende en Hardlimit
