Kaspersky + Ghost 9=STOP 0x0000009F DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Muy buenas,
uso Kaspersky Personal y tras instalar norton ghost9 tengo el mensaje de error STOP 0x0000009F DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE al apagar el PC.
Parece que esta pantalla azul la generan estos dos ficheros:%windir%\system32\PQImount.sys
%windir%\system32\PQV2i.sys¿A alguno de vosotros le ocurre esto y ha intentado solucionarlo?
