Como actualizo manualmente la bios de una msi?

porque no entiendo lo que pone en la web para actualizar la bios.
He mandado a msi mi problema con el reinicio cuando instalo el msi liveupdate3 y me dicen que cambie la bios por la nueva. cuando la nueva no la puedo meter porque no tengo el live3.
Alguien me lo puede explicar en cristiano?.
