Sandiego 3700+ vs Opteron 148 vs x3 3800+ - Presaciones / Overclocking

Dado un presupuesto que tengo de CPU, hay 3 opciones.
- AMD Athlon 64 3700+ (Sandiego)
- AMD Opteron 148
- AMD Athlon x2 3800+
En Overclock / Rendimiento, a día de hoy, ¿cual podría ser la elección más adecuada?
El Optaron 148, según he visto los últimos steppings ya no suben tanto (3 Ghz ) y se quedan con algunos menos.
El Sandiego 3700+, he visto desde que se quedan en 2,5 Ghz a con 3 Ghz, no se que tal los últimos stepping
El x2 3800+ me llama la atención, de Overlock no se que tal pero he visto 2,6 largos con voltajes no muy elevados ( 1,45 etc.. )
Van estar refrigerados con agua, lo digo por el 3800+

Depende para que lo quieras. Si frecuentas tareas de video, etc, mejor el doble nucleo. Si eres "jugon", yo cogeria el opteron 148.
