Duda Placa Base Comprar

tengo k montarle el ordenador a un aigo y no se que placa es mejor de estas 2:
-ASUS A8V-E SE (72€)
-GIGABYTE K8NF-9 (79€)
la gigabyte tiene chip nforce 4 y la asus via k8t890. yo me decantaria mas por la gigabyte.pero no ser cual de las dos es mas facil de overclockear.que opinais??
PD: el equipo a montar es este: AMD 64 BITS 3200 VENICE, CLUB 3D 6600GT, 2x512MB KINGSTON VALUERAM 400 CL2.5, MAXTOR ATA 133/7200 80GB
