Realmente es tan SILENCIOSO?

He visto este disipa de una marca alemana:

Alguien que lo tenga me puede confirmar que realmente sea tan silencioso?
Me parece mu exagerado que el máximo sea 17dba cuando la mayoria de ventis de 120
más silenciosos rondan 18 o 20dba.
Que os parece, realmente creeis que este disipa sea más silencioso que un zalman por ejemplo?Un saludo.

El Papst 4412F/2 GLL da 18dB de máxima y creo haber visto algun SilenX de 12dB, asi que es muy posible que cumpla lo especificado.
