Problema de Incompatibilidad?

Tengo una Placa Base Gigabyte 8IPE1000-G y 1 Gb Ram Dual Channel Twinmos CL 2,5
Hace tiempo q con determinados juegos se me blokea el pc, teniendo q reiniciarlo con el reset… Lo he probado todo, tengo buena disipación y ventilación.
Creeis que puede ser incompatibilidad por culpa de las twinmos? Las puedo cambiar por unas kingston. Vosotros q harias?
