Cual me recomendais?

Buenas,
tengo un P4 Prescott a 3.0 Ghz y la temperatura la suelo tener en reposo a unos 42º pero cuando me pongo a darle caña con juegos y demas me sube hasta los 70º (sin OC).
Tengo pensado comprarme un ventilador nuevo y estoy dudando entre GIGABYTE ROCKET PRO y GIGABYTE G-POWER PRO q estan por los 30 €.
Son buenos estos disipadores y lo notare en la temperatura bastante o me inclino por otros?

Yo tuve un gygabyte y aunque funcionaba bien, el ventilador era muy ruidoso, yo me descantaría por Zalman 9500, va muy bien y es muy silencioso.
