¿Volver a activar el administrador de tareas?

Hola a todos
Realmente no se cuando desactivé esta funcion, pero ahora cada vez que pulso el control-alt-supr me sale un mensaje que me dice que el administrador de tareas aha sido deshabilitado por un administrador
¿Alguien me echa un cable?
