Programa colgado en W2000

Hola, tengo un servidor con windows 2000 y un programa se me ha quedado pillado total mente :vayatela: el R-Drive.
He probado todo lo que me sé, terminar proceso y las herramientas administrativas, pero nada, me dice que error en acceso, no sé que le pasará.
¿Cómo puedo cargarmelo sin reiniciar?

Al final, no estaba bloqueado, estaba explorando todo el árbol del disco duro y no os podeís imaginar el peazo de desorden que hay en el disco duro de este disco duro :S :STerminó y se cerro.
