¿mucha diferencia entre 7950GT y 8800gts?

Hola a todos
Tengo una targeta de video BFG 7950GT OC de 512Mb, y he visto unas 8800gts a muy buenos precios casi lo mismo que custa la mia, la pregunta es ¿Valdra la pena cambiarla, se notara mucho la diferencia? Por supuesto que es para jugar.Pienso tambien comprar un monitor de 22" un Benq fp22wh que me hablaron muy bien de el en este mismo foro.
