Overclock ECS nforce650 y C2DE660

Hola amigos quicera saber hasta donde puedo llegar en cuanto a overclock con la siguiente PC:
*Mother ECS Nforce 650 SLI
*E6600
*Memoria Kingston KVR 800 Mhz PC6400
*VGA Gigabyte 7600 GS
*2XWD 160 GB RAID 1
*Gabinete SMILODON con 4 Ventiladores
*Disipador para CPU Asus Silent SquareActualmente la tengo el micro a 3.0(1.3vcore) y llegado hasta 3.45(1.35vcore) y las memorias hasta 950 con 2 volts, actual 860. Muchas gracias y aprovecho para presentarme.
PD. Las temp del cpu son 40 full 22 idle

la frecuencia tipica de OC a los 6600 es de 400x 8 = 4,2GHz
si el tuyo te llega a 3,45 Ghz es que te ha salido bueno y yo de ti dejaria esta configuracion
de todas formas el limite es la temperatura que no debe superar los 60º aprox en full, si ves que no te llega a esta temperatura, es que todavia puedes meterle un poco mas de caña
