Automatizar acción en el registro

Hola a todos, me gustaría si existe alguna manera de automatizar una acción en el registro de windows.
Lo que hago es borrar una clave y una carpeta (no crear, que eso creo que se podría hacer con importar/exportar).
sería crear un ficherito que al ejecutarlo hiciera automáticamente eso

Los archivos .REG están pa algo
No sólo sirven para agregar nuevas claves y valores en el Registro, sino que también puedes eliminarlas usando un script de estos.

Precisamente a eso me refiero, jaja, que qué tengo que poner dentro del .REG para que borre ciertas claves
