Msi p31 acepta 4gb???

hola tengo un problema con el mismo mother pero lo que me pasa es que con 1 gb arranca lo mas bien, con 2gb arranca tambien sin problemas, ahora cuando pongo 3 o 4 gb de memoria no arranca y se traba… nose que mas ahcer... ya probe desde la bios modificando un par de cosas de la memoria y nada... no me las toma..
las memo son marca ocz 667 mhz 1gb
