Leer disco duro mac en un pc con xp

queria preguntar si es posible leer un disco duro scsi de un mac en un pc con xp, lo tengo conectado a un pc con xp y el sistema me lo detecta pero no me acceso a el, estoy probando con el macdrive pero no me da acceso a el, podeis decirme si hay algun soft que me permita leer este disco en windows xp ?
