Opinion entre Asus y Gigabyte

tengo un micro AMD 3000 socket 754 y me gustaría aprovecharlo, así que me interesa vuestra opinión para elegir entre una PLACA BASE ASUS con chipset VIA K8T890 y SATA 3G ó una GIGABYTE con Chipset NFORCE4 y SATA-150
¿Cual pensais que da mejor rendimiento?
