son iguales, sólo cambia el ensamblador. en estos casos elige la más barata, o la q mejor refrigeración tenga.
de todas formas, si estás pensando en comprarla, hay gráficas mucho más interesantes ahora mismo para comprar. HD3850 o la 9600gt. ambas por debajo de 100€ y casi doblan en rendimiento a las 8600gt

en otro post has dicho que una es de 64 bits. No la compres. La 8600 buena es de 128 bits. Debería rondar los 60 Euros.

Y fijate que la memoria sea GDDR3, no 2, sino es preferible la de 256mb
