Problemas con explorer en W. vista

hace no mas de 3 semanas que instale el vista y ya empieza a dar fallos, el explorer no funciona, se queda colgado en cuanto lo abro, he probado a abrir el explorer sin add-ons y funciona bien, asi que he deshabilitado todos los add-ons del explorer y aun asi sigue sin funcionar
¿Hay algun sitio donde pueda bajarlo para volver a instalarlo? He buscado en el dvd del vista y nada
si alguien tiene didea de como solucionarlo…
