De 230 no paso, me estoy volviendo loco

Con el siguiente equipo.
ASUS M2N - SLI DELUXE
3800 X2
POINT OF VIEW 8800GTX EXTREME OVERCLOCK EDITION
TACENS 560W MODULAR
GSKILL 2 x 1 GB DDR2800No consiguo subir mas de 230 la memo esta a 1.95v, lo he llegado a poner a 250 con con 2.5v (el tope) pero a los 5 minutos de estar windows peta. Esta opercacion la realize con el multi en lugar de 10 a 8 , y asi no tocar el vcore de como esta originalmente.
Tambien en modificado el HT link lo he puesto a 2x para que no pase de 1000 pero tp, las latencias las he puesto en auto, en 4-4-4-12 (originales) y en 5-5-5-15
Q puedo hacer, sera la fuente que no aguanta todo??
Que puedo probar mas??
