Reflecta x2 scan

Hola,
acabo de comprar el scanner para diapositivas y negativos. He instalado el controlador del scanner y el Arcsoft software suite y cuando inicio el programa para empezar a scanear negativos me han salido dos mensajes de error que no sé a qué se refieren:
Coud not connect capture pin #0 to grabber. Is the capture device being used by another application?General failure in transfer bad info header info. Bad value error.
A ver si me podéis echar un cable.

El driver del scanner trae su propio programa de escaneado? Por que en ese caso es posible que esté comiendole los recursos al escaner, impidiendo que otros programas puedan utilizarlo…
