Es lo mismo sólo que HDMI también puede llevar audio digital de forma que te interesará más si sacas el audio por la TV, si no lo mismo te da.

En cuanto a HDMI y DVD, que yo sepa, es la misma calidad, lo único que aporta el HDMI es que incorpora sonido, pero por lo demás es igual
