PROBLEMA ASUS p5n32-e sli plus

Hola amigos a ver si me podeis ayudar con un problema que tengo con esta placa.
Mi equipo es core quad 6600, asus p5n32-e sli, 4gb ddr2 800 kingston, nvidia 8800gtx 768mb, 2 hd 320 seagate sata, fuente de 700w xilence.
El problema que tengo es que el equipo al instalarle el windows cuando le hace falta reiniciarse, hadce como si se fuera a reiniciar, pero cuando tiene que encenderse la pantalla para que empiece a iniciarse el pc , se queda en negro y no manda señal la grafica para que se encienda lña pantalla y nel equipo no hace nada.
Sin embargo cuando lo reinicio manualmente con el boton arranca perfectamente.
Los demas conponentes estaban funcionando en otra placa perfectamente
