W7 Auto-Defrag ?

Alguien sabe si en el W7 también existe tal función ? Y de ser así… dónde leñes está ? Me interesa por el tema de la degradación de mi SSD, que tengo entendido que Vista hay que desactivar tal opción pero no estoy muy seguro de si existe en Windows 7.

supongo que es para desactivar la desfragmentación automatica.
