Equivalencias de los Core2Duo

Hace poco compre una laptop con procesador T5250 1.5Ghz y es sorprendente el multiprocesamiento con respecto a mi antiguo Pentium4, alguien conoce una tabla de equivalencias digamos entre los Pentium D, Atlon X2 (turion) y los core2duo.
Tengo entendido que un Pentium D a 3.4 equivale a un Core2Duo de 2.2Ghz, solo por curiosidad ya que no es lo mismo un Core2Duo a 1.5Ghz en laptop y uno en desktop.
