No me funciona bien el LCD

Hola compre recientemente un LCD marca CEBEK Mod C-2611 o sea 4x20 en teoria es un powertip 2004A, pero solo se me iluminan las filas 1 y 3 del display, alquien podria mandarme un esquema, para comprobar que todo esta correcto, por que el lcd smartie, no me hace nada, y el LPT esta en SPP.
