Error 1068 al iniciar servicio de Enrutamiento y Acceso remoto

Hola, tengo un portatil ACER con XP Media Center, y necesito crear una red, y para ello tengo q tener activado el servicio de Enrutamiento y Acceso remoto, pero cuando le doy a iniciar, me aparece un error:
"No se puede inicial el servicio de Enrutamiento y Acceso remoto en el Equipo local.
Error 1068: No se puede iniciar el servicio o grupo de dependencia."Estuve buscando por Google e hice todo lo q encontre, pero sigue sin iniciarse. ¿Sabeis a q se debe?
