Tu webcam no soporta oficialmente Windows 7, ni tan siquiera Windows Vista :nono: pero puedes intentar usar los drivers de los modelos similares para Vista por si suena la flauta

con windows 7 de 32bit ultimate si funciona de hecho el mismo sistema operativo descarga un driver para que funcione pero cuando instale el de 64bit pufff no hace nada, reconoce la cam como un pendrive mas =( voy a intentar con el driver que me dices y te digo
