Cómo veis esta opcion de gráfica para este Pc?

Tengo ya casi decidido la configuración de mi nuevo Pc, comprando casi todos los componentes en pc coste, me gustaria que me aconsejarais tarjeta grafica, no voya a jugar en el pc, lo voy a utilizar para navegar, ofimatica, photoshop y algo de edición de algún que otro video.
Mi equipo será el siguiente:
Caja: Tacens Tango pro
Fuente: Tacens Radix smart 410
Procesador: amd am2 athlon 64 5600+
Refrigerador: k8/am2/775 tacens Gelus lite
Placa: AM2 ASUS M2N SLI DELUXE DDR PCX

Grafica???: 256 Mb XFX 8400 GS PCX turbo cache
Disco Duro: 320 GB sata 2 western dig. 7200 16 MB.
Monitor: hp w2207Cómo lo veis de compensado y sobre todo que grafica me aconsejais de las siguientes que tenga salida digital y de tv, y funcione la opcion pivote del monitor:

Si no vas a jugar no seria mejor un mother con video integrado ?? Alguna Gigabyte GA-69V o 69G son buenas opciones por gran precio, sino alguna con geforce 7050 o 7025.
